In order to better inform the growing number of physicians who must refer their pediatric patients for specialized care, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha called upon DAAKE to redesign its “Children’s Connection” magazine. The twice-yearly publication takes often complex medical procedures and treatments and sets them in a compelling collection of words and images assembled and designed by the DAAKE team. The newly published issue, the fourth since the redesign, attractively presents a half dozen topics to visually underscore the unique qualities that have established Children’s as a leader in pediatric care, education and research.
